距離地鐵站有點距離，每天都是踩scooter或的士來回市中心，有大行李最好從新宿坐巴士或的士。大堂的麵包店無懈可撃，很好吃，佈置充滿西式氣氛，西式自助早餐。很多外國面孔人入住。酒店房就是暖氣比較焗促，我們要求了一把電風扇，酒店也提供了。

樓下就有酒bar，很高級。很方便。出門就有中央公園夜景🌃很漂亮。但價位比較高一點。

Hotel was fairly modern, nice restaurant area with bakery on the ground floor. Location wise, not too far from Shinjuku station with a nice park in front of the hotel. Downsides were that they are having work done until the end of the year and I was told no one will be working until 10am each morning but on my first morning there were men erecting a scaffold directly in my window so I couldn’t open the curtains. The bed and pillows are extremely hard too but reception was very happy to provide new pillows and a soft mattress topper by the time I got back to the hotel on my first day out.

ホテルの立地もパークビューの部屋からの景色も良かったのですが、床の上には埃の塊があり、テーブルの上には、前に宿泊された方の使用済アメニティ（コーヒー等）の空き袋が2ヶ所に殘されていました。ベッド（２台の內１台だけ）はきしむ音が気になり、スプリングも良くないため背中が痛くて何度も目が覚めました。とても殘念でした。

Conveniently located near Shinjuku Chuo Park and about a 10-minute walk to Tochomae Station. Our room was on Level 3, facing an apartment. It was relatively quiet since it didn’t face the main road, though we occasionally heard guests talking loudly in the corridor. On our check-in day, we were glad to find a Chinese restaurant still open after 9:30pm for a late dinner, and also grabbed some snacks from the nearby Family Mart. In the morning, we enjoyed fresh pastries from the bakery and hot coffee from the restaurant. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at The Knot—although the room was compact, it was comfortable.

- 체크인시에 영어사용가능한 직원분이 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았어요 - 가는방법으로는 신주쿠 서쪽출구에서 10분정도 걸으면 나와요 - 도쿄도청과 신주쿠 쥬오 공원이 가까운 곳에 있어서 아침 산책하기 좋아요 - 조식은 따로 하진 않았는데, 서로 같이 오순도순 먹을 수 있어서 단란해 보였어요 - 카드가 따로 없는 호텔이라 매력적이예요 - 외관이 상당히 세련됐어요

Quieter/ calmer part of Shinjuku yet accessible. Walkable to a couple of metro stations and convenience stores. Compact room with amenities. There was a bakery located at the first level that serves fresh bakes every morning.

It looks good on photos but it’s one of my worst stays in Tokyo. The location is not very near any of the stations, it’s near to 3 stations, each is about 10-18mins walk away. When it rains, it’s impossible to walk and we ended up taking bus or cabs just to go to the station. Service was also bad, really inflexible. We had to bring a child along (3 year old) and they didn’t allow us to have him sleep with us on the same bed but we had to book another room. The room was also not made at all everyday. I can understand that due to environmental reasons, bed sheets are not changed. However, the bed and everywhere were not tidied at all. Staff were also not proactive nor helpful. Will not return again.
